Thank
you for choosing The Delighted Eye's Web site from more than 26 million "wedding
flower" choices available on the Web! In 1983, the various jobs I
was performing required a unifying title and bank account. What to name
this
assorted "multitasking"
career? Let's see -- photography, floral design, weddings, parties, grass-cutting,
landscape consulting and production, counseling (an MA from Catholic University),
art -- a brainstorm session produced the name "The Delighted Eye," since almost all of those jobs
were performed to 'delight the eye' of the consumer. The counseling background
hopped into
the name-quest pot to make sure the customer's heart and mind would also
be delighted, and thus,
The Delighted Eye became a living thing,
a visual story to tickle your fantasy.
My desire to bring beauty, interest and humor to other people keeps
The
Delighted Eye full of suprise, both to you and me. There are far more
ideas in my head than ever you will see, and in this business, that's vital.
On this Web site I hope to bring you into my world -- florist, artist, Renaissance
person. My life is full and passionate -- I am so lucky to be doing what
I love!
